HELP 03 - 14.01.02  useful programs

On the Toshiba Desktop is a Folder "ABC tools",
it contains  Windows-ShortCuts to some common programs.

Paint - a  Windows utility to modify image files (.jpg, .gif  etc)

WordPad - a Windows "word processor"...   use  .rtf  file !! (not MSWord)

Calculator - the Windows basic calculator

NotePad - the Windows "text editor",   for  .txt files (not documents)

DOS box - the  DOS-command line,  use  'exit (Enter)' to quit

uSIM Editor - a utility I kept to read  phone  "SIM" cards
     REQUIRES an external  'USB card reader' especially for phone-cards.

LockNote - a self-encrypting-note utility

WinAmp - a utility to play  .mp3  music files

VLC media player - a utility to view DvD movies
