on the  'Adobe reader' icon labeled  "Galaxy S3 Guide" 
on the Toshiba Desktop.

or:  double-click on the  Adobe-Reader icon and open
     C:\Arlin\Guides\Samsung-Galaxy-S3manual.pdf

NOTE: other .pdf guides are in this folder...
