BB:
The WebAddress I gave you for the Reloading-Tools was wrong.
It should be:
    http://ToyFJ40.FreeShell.org/GunPix/Tools/ReLoading.html

I forgot the 'Tools' part... click on the link above to get to the page.
MOST of the YouTube-videos linked at the beginning of the
"ReLoading.html" webpage can be skipped to get to the
descriptions of a LOT of ReLoading Tools.

Just today(01feb13), I found a YouTube user: Juijitsu2000
His Reloading videos are LONG, but very thorough and he shows
how to prepare and reload both 30-30 and 30-06.
He uses an in-expensive Lee-Reloader Press.
I have it but I believe a more sturdy press is needed
for Rifle Brass Sizing... I can show you the difference...

Juijitsu2000   demonstrates Reloading from 'start' to 'finish'...
ADDED: 01feb2013... these are long, thorough and GOOD videos !!!
ReLoading: .223     1hr30min
ReLoading: 30-06     1hr15min
ReLoading: 30-30     1hr     Please watch ALL of this one and take good notes.

Adjusting Rifle Dies, for Sizing and Bullet-Seating (.30-06)

  Sun 03feb13:
I placed a Beginner-Tool-WishList for BB on MidwayUSA.com

When examining the 'WishList', you can click on an item's "picture"
to view the detail-page, scroll down to read 'review/opinions'
of folks that have bought and used the product.

This is my best effort to suggest THE base-bones fewest items needed
for Reloading .30-30. Some time will be needed to explain exactly how
to measure the powder-charge for each cartridge.

After you watch "jiujitsu" 30-30 video, the tools should make
a lot more sense... take good notes!

Not everything is perfect. Not everything is In-stock at a given time.
Bullets are hard to specify, due to being currently OutOfStk / UnAvail:
When "in-stock", Hornady/ Speer/ Sierra/ Remington/ Winchester each
have a good .30-30 150grain bullet for $25-30/100 (about 0.27 each).
BUY $4/100 for CCI-Primers(LargeRifle) and
$30/pound for HodgdonRiflePowder(H335) at TrueValue.
Companies that ship Primers/Powder charge a 'Hazard/Insurance' fee of about $25-30 for each shipment !

MidwayUSA.com does not have in-expensive Calipers,
but HarborFreight does: Digital, Dial, & plastic
You will need to know how to Read a Vernier Scale, to use the plastic caliper.
